These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ibadahabit mobile application (“App”) and website (“Website”), provided by Ibadahabit (“Company”). By accessing or using the App and Website, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App or Website.

1.1 By accessing or using the App or Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
1.2 If you are using the App or Website on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2.2 You may use the App and Website for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the App or Website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
3. Registration and Accounts

5. Donations
5.1 Users may have the option to make voluntary donations to support the Company’s mission and development efforts.
5.2 Donations can be made in either Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or US Dollars (USD) through the designated payment channels provided in the App or Website.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on the App and Website are the property of the Company or its licensors.
6.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use any content from the App or Website without the prior written consent of the Company.
7. User Content
7.1 You retain ownership of any content that you upload, post, or transmit through the App or Website (“User Content”).
7.2 By uploading, posting, or transmitting User Content, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with the operation of the App and Website.
